Based on the fuel I put in the van before returning it the mileage is 3kl/L. Don’t believe that for a second. Feel ripped off. If I ever rent from budget again it will be at a location where they sell fuel and I will make sure it is full before I leave the lot.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI used the truck sparingly i put maybe 5 km on it so instead of giving a break on having to refill the gas tank and me paying out of pocket the clerk was told by someone to put fuel back into the truck, also the dial is analog and have hard to determine where the needle was, it was at roughly a quarter of a tank when i picked it up, i said ill pay for what i used they said they cant. I wont be renting from U-HAUL again
Omar NI reserved a standup dolly and planned a project around having it. When I arrived there, the lady just gave me a rolling platform dolly. I received no prior notice that my equipment wasn’t available. This compromised my project.
JULIAN RIt was a good experienced in this location of U-haul. The people there were so accommodating and they helped us guide about the process. It was great. Thank you so much.
