I will never rent here again, they lie and steal money. I paid for gas, I was charged extra for gas, plus I drove a maximum of 40 kilometers and they charged me $88 for three hours, although the price says $19. Never ever again

100% you provide good service
Prosper MIt was hard to find the office location and the parking for the truck, but overall the experience was good. Perhaps what can be improved is to make sure the locks for the truck's roll-up door work, because mine didn't, but as well I didn't need to use it for my rental.
Adam EDidn't seem to care when I picked up the vehicle, the box of the vehicle was full of dirt, on return - I was told the employee would "have to look at it later" so I have NO IDEA how the final bill amount was
Christopher EOver charge for gas. Agent refused inspection before receiving the U-Haul but did after ? THEY DID NOT DICUSS ABOUT INSURANCE BEFORE PICK UP.
