Ensure equipment is operating correctly before renting it to a customer. The truck I initially rented was at a seperate location, and was not operable. It took 2 hours to sort this issue out and get me another truck. The dude at DHD was great though, absolute bro.

Samuel GMultiple charges were made to my Credit Card, I spoke with Roman at DHD Motors (he was good to deal with), I provided him with the back-up documentation on September 26/24 and he was going to have the charges corrected. As of this date the overcharges have not been credited therefore I am rating my overall experience as poor.
Glen DTell them in advance if they can't extend their contract whike they have the truck. Have someone compassionate who understand one's situation rather than being rude over the phone (I am talking about rep from scheduling team).
