The vehicle ran well, no problems with it at all. The limk/app for recording the mileage, fuel, license, vehicle number, and any problems with the condition of the van was not working; or I couldn't get it to work. and because I was so busy, it took days until I managed to have a chat on your website to record my findings. The vehicle cab was quite dirty; and smelled of dog. There was damage to the front right fender; and a losse cable in the cargo space. I took pictures and passed it on through the chat. The day of the return was pouring rain, though I'm sure I returned the vehicle cleaner than when I picked it up. The staff at DHD nwere freindly enough, though it's not the survice I have rec'd at actual U-Haul branded outlets. The location was not easy to find, no visible signage. All said, I was very satisfied with the vehicle, just not so much with the pick up location and definitely not with the app/link.

Brenton CFirstly when I arrived to DHD motors for my 10am reservation appointment I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the guy who does uhaul to set me up. The truck is super loud. The exhaust smells so bad too. I have rented a few uhauls and this one by far is the worst. It sounds like the catalytic converter was removed and it was straight piped. The looks I got while accelerating was embarrassing. This vehicle needs to be looked at.
