Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey didn't have the size I reserved. They refused to view the vehicle for the return process due to 'low staff' and expected me to leave without a receipt. They charged me for the estimated kilometers not the actual kilometers, which was significantly less. The owner was rude, demeaning, and condescending when I asked questions.
Julien MPickup and drop-off were easy, and the van was clean. I would recommend this location. It would help to make it clearer beforehand that a Big Five bank account is required.
Ryan MFriendly and knowledgeable staff
Nzokou PThe only complaint we had was that the brakes weren't great in the uhaul and the steering wheel pulled to the side when driving. The staff were friendly and helpful
