A homeless person had been sleeping in the U-Haul we were given it was very dirty inside with a bed and cigarettes. When we went to drop off the U-Haul the convenience store was closed for lunch and we had to wait outside them to open it up again. Overall bad experience

David DThe agent at the location lacked basic customer service skills and her knowledge of the rental process was rudimentary at best. She was on the phone half of the time and she showed zero attention to queries from the customer.
Abdikadir AThe front desk staff at the pick up and drop off location were very friendly and helpful howver the people in the yard were not overly helpful so I ended up washing the windshield myself as they were with another customer and pointed me tot the Water and squeegee.
