Was a good experience. I had difficulty getting the rental booking to pull up with mobile check in, but was helped out right away inside the Ezee Mart location. Very nice man.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPerson is also running store. Had to wait until there were no more store customers so he could go inspect the vehicle. The process took over 20 minutes.
Timothy FThe entire pickup process was a complete disaster. Was at location for two hours trying to get confirmation on rental. Needed three different people to confirm I was trying to rent the vehicle. The operator was extremely rude and hung up on both my parents. Needed to take the same picture probably ten different times. Location of where to pick up keys was totally different than where they stated. The entire experience made me not ever want to use U-Haul again. The vehicle had garbage in the cab. That I had to clean up. The vehicle was so bouncy from the front shocks being worn out. It also leaked exhaust from exhaust manifold. Would nearly choke you out. I know because I am a red seal journeyman automotive. Over all experience not good.
