The van we rented was very dirty inside & out. The passenger seat had something all over the side of it and it looked like blood or food that was red in colour. Very gross! The inside of the windshield was dirty and something sprayed on the inside of the passenger side. The gas was at 7/8 full when we picked it up…yet we filled it to full when we dropped it off. If I need to rent another unit in the future, I will likely see what other companies there are in Edmonton to be honest. I have rented U-Haul units in the past at other locations in other cities and never had this experience.

In website I booked 7:30am for pick up time but when I went to the store, it’s closed they’ll open 8am. I called the u haul customer service they said that they have no control about it that the store didnt updated their operational hours. The agent said she’ll credit me $50 for the incomvenience.
Patrick GI was expecting the inside of the rental to be clean. Unfortunately there was garbage and broken glass on the floor and a significant amount of mud and dirt. As a result, the items being moved have to be cleaned. The ‘cab’ area had layers of dust and grime, and more importantly, the vehicle needed an alignment. I gave rented from this location before and my previous experience was much better.

Abdul RPrice went from 0.25 $ per Km to 0.99. Which is high and missleading to customer, as 0.25 $ per km use to be common tag line
