Well location was closed when we went at our pickup time to get the unit, the dispatcher said we would see a 59 dollar credit on bill which was not showing up on our account, then the location indicates it's open till 3PM but when I showed up at 2PM they where closed. Also these location has only one drop box but had three pickup times that were booked before they opened at 10AM. So this whole rental was a pain we showed up for a 9AM pickup then left to come back for 10AM but by the time he finished with the 830AM pickup people that took 20 minutes as they too where not happy. Plus that unit needs wiper blades as they did not clean the fluid and bugs off properly.

Lloyd SAs a person the employee was good, However, I had to walk him through the booking as he wasn’t sure what to do. Also, I extended my rental and when I extended it online it said it would be charging me 49$, which was the ONLY reason I extended it. Then we get a bill for 160$ that went through on the Mastercard and we were charged for KM, and we didn’t even use close To the 250 we originally thought. There should be a refund to the credit card as this is robbery. The unit wasn’t even clean when I picked it up. Very disappointed but remember why I swore years ago I would never use uhaul again.
