The truck back was not swept out. The windshield was brutally dirty. Check engine light was on. No rental should begin with that stress.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAbsolutely every aspect of this rental was a nightmare.. with is consistent with everytrime I have used UHaul.. pick up location was incorrect.. had to take an Uber 25 minutes further than expected.. had to wait 20 minutes for an employee that spoke English, no dolly.. then my drop off location was wrong. After 3 calls to customer service and completing my move the drop off was brutal because the website did not give enough information to do an after hours drop off.. instead had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to get walked through the process.. I wish there was another moving company to go to when doing this because UHaul is and always has been an absolute disaster from start to finish, every time
Curtis Mwas very friendly and very helpful.
