Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Never again will I go back to this dealer and I’ve done business with him the last three times I needed a truck!! I will definitely go elsewhere!! SHADY TO SAY THE least!! We only needed the truck for 6 hrs and we paid 244.00, a month later I get CHARGED AGAIN another 185.19!! FOR GAS????? We put gas back in it before we returned it like we done the past three times! And I’m sorry but 185.00 in gas?????? No! Plus when we picked up the truck there was like 20 blankets in the back and the lady said oh it’s ok just keep them and use if needed, well we didn’t need any so they stayed and he charged us an additional 30.00 for those too!! All he says is this IT’S IN THE CONTRACT. SO i want to see a recipe for all that gas because it was almost full when we returned it!! Like really?? Because we signed a contract we are screwed? Where’s the proof?? I have the receipt for the gas we put in it! Omg. Never again. EVER.

Randy HWe had requested a 15 foot truck and only received notice of unavailability at that location 2 days before the truck was needed. More time would have been helpful.
