ANTHONY B.Over the past year, I've used U-Haul for 3 different jobs. 2 moves- one interstate, and this most recent rental for taking some work appliances to my home. I've always been treated fairly by U-Haul, never being charged for any damages that I was not responsible for, even though I'm sure that's everyone's fear! The moving vehicles for in-town jobs are super affordable! I'll be coming back every time. This most recent rental was spur of the moment and i was able to pick up a truck within 10 minutes that was just 3 minutes from where I needed to be! It's amazing that you can have a moving truck so quickly and conveniently. They didn't have a dolly at my location, but they called to send me somewhere close to get one, though i didn't end up needing to o pick it up.
