People working there were absolutely no help. We were told to hook up the trailer ourselves and leave. No one helped or even walked out of the business to see if everything worked. Later, we were told by a UHAUL rep that we were not supposed to leave the lot without the operator inspecting the trailer and hookup. We never received any way to upload pictures or anything. After several phone calls and a lot of time on hold the district manager finally sent us a contract. Most disappointing!!!

LOCATION IS SATISFACTORY. THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WORKED WITH US WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SECURING A TRUCK FOR US EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT EASY DOING IT THE ONLINE WAY. SHE REALLY WORKED WITH IT TO MEET OUR NEED. MY THANKS TO HER AND TO THE U-HAUL COMPANY.
