My alternator died in Gila Wilderness. I had a friend drive from ABQ, got me it was late in the evening by the time we got to U-Haul in Elephant Butte, NM. Danielle was incredibly helpful. She had everything we needed to get a U-Haul truck trailer and helped to get it back of my friends truck. Best u-haul service I ever had!!!!!

JOSEPH CStore is advertised as being open today at 12:00 p.m. I took the trailer there at 12:50 p.m. the door was locked. I rang the bell. No one answered. There was a local phone number posted to call for UHaul if no one was at the store. I dialed the number. The message said that no messages were being accepted by that phone number. I called another phone number that was posted on the door. Got an answering machine. Left a message, unhooked the trailer and left it there. Hopefully no one comes along and steals it. There is another U-Haul location nearby. I will only be using it in the future.
