The experience at the location was smooth and friendly.
STEVEN WAnything would be better than what I got. I’ve moved over 30 times and this was hands down the WORST truck rental experience I’ve ever had. Poor communication, poor customer service. Truck was dirty. Pick up location was changed with no notice. Ordered equipment not in the truck. 8 calls to customer service, hung up on twice. Will never use again.
TRICIA WRude, disorganized, could not even find the key to the truck. Sent us out to find the truck and the trailer we had rented and never showed us how to hook it up or anything. Horrible customer service. They finally found the key in the unlocked truck.The truck was filthy inside and out. Could not hardly see out the windshield due to the amount of bug guts on it. The seats had something spilled on them the cup holders had an inch of filth in them. Nasty dirty.
