There was no U-Haul attendant at the location. The gas station clerk did not know about it, he had to call another person to have them talk to me.
Ashour T.Where do I begin? They had NO idea what to do with the trailer when we dropped it off. So much so that the trailer was still there ten days after we dropped it off and we were getting phone calls saying that we had not returned it yet. After hours (no exaggeration) on hold with U-Haul with multiple different people, someone FINALLY contacted the return facility to tell them how to close out my account. They had no idea how to do it. U-Haul needs to hire more customer service agents FOR SURE and train the people that are working at return facilities!
