The process was difficult to due. It took several attempts to process. When we left the pickup location the gas gauge was on empty and as soon as I got on the road the low fuel light came on. I pull 28 gals of fuel in the vehicle. I had no issues with the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot specific to this location, but EVERY SINGLE ONE "DROP OFF AVAILABLE 24/7 with the app." I downloaded the app. There is no return tab, button, icon, no menu item, no search function for "return," no hints anywhere on the app how to return with the app. No clues on the very wordy rental agreement - in miniscule print which can't be read without a magnifying glass. AFTER one arrives at the unmanned return location, there is a website listed on the key drop which is super easy to access which walks you through the return! I therefore suggest anywhere the words "return on the app" "return with the app" or "return with your smartphone" should be replaced with that website. Or just have a link on the app. If that sticker was not on the key return box, I would still be at the location 24 hours later, in tears, screaming at the truck, tearing off my clothes and running around naked yelling obscenities at passing cars: "YOU CAN'T RETURN WITH THIS *@/*×^#)[$ APP!!!" (Yet still trying to in raging desperation as late charges added up).
BRADLEY SUnmanned remote pickup location. The UHAUL software was troublesome for a Sunday evening pickup and telephone support was marginal.
Irvin BMy rental agreement indicated to call the drop off location by telephone. When I called, the individual who answered was very courteous. However, he informed me that the return was done via the app I loaded on my telephone. It was a smooth process. No other person was involved. I was requested to take pictures of the returned equipment. The process was smooth. If I ever need to rent a truck again, I'd first look to U-Haul.
