Initially it was a contactless pickup which went great. I dropped off a little early and met the person in charge who runs the location. Very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely rent from here again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI originally reserved this truck at True Value in Elkhorn, WI. Thank goodness I called ahead of time to see if it was ready. They told me they didn’t have a truck for me, but instead to go to Newman Security Storage for it. Nobody called me to tell me what was going on at True Value. Very disappointed with them. Newman Security Storage was WONDERFUL!!
meghan mThanks Russell for your time, and support. You made my experience easy and enjoyable
Mark RThe person that initially helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Made it easy!
keith sThere was no one at the location when I arrived so I called him and said said he was somewhere else and told me where the trailer was (at 70 years old that was an extremely heavy trailer to pickup especially with back problems) so no explanation on how it worked or anything, and then there was problems with the wires and it took over 6 hours to get someone out there to work on it and then he didn't have the proper tools, so I had to get mine out for him. And I paid full price for this!!!
