The proprietor went above and beyond to help me stay on schedule when the uHaul website was struggling to check me in. My consistent experience for both pick up and drop off is that the uHaul staff are kind and helpful. Grateful I didn't have to interact with an AI or robotic service to do these tasks.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSmooth experience. Truck was clean and good condition and specially the cashier was very friendly.
Abu BThe truck was dirty and they failed to mark the truck returned until later the next day when I called and complained that the app shows me as still having the truck.
Thaddeus RDo not use this location. They made me wait an hour for a truck because they didn’t check vehicles back into the system. U-Haul customer service helped but not until after 40 mins of waiting on hold. I was forced to sit in a deli for way too long waiting because of U-Haul and this location. No discount offered either
Nicolas AExcellent customer service! Patient and understanding.
