Very friendly, accommodating and otherwise excellent customer service. Colleen did an excellent job. Perhaps a little refresher course and knowledge about the rates. There was confusion about number of days and mileage charge. I was very satisfied and would return there to rent a vehicle.

The people at Sauers garage were excellent. I had made a reservation at another location a week ahead of time, that didn't work out. So I found Sauers and called them. The guy there said no problem you can pick one up here, and drop it off at your destination. When I got there to pick it up, he was very quick with filling out the information needed and had us on the road in no time. Very nice and friendly people to deal with.
