Steve KTrain the employees more thoroughly. The woman at the desk was unfamiliar with the app and had poor english. We only finished filling out the ipad form by video calling with another employee, maybe her husband? I thought I reserved the truck from Christiansburg at 7 or 8 am but had to go up to Elliston to pick it up. The gas station lady had the truck at 8am but wanted to make me wait an hour to release it. She also thought I had ordered a car trailer, which was in the yard (I did not). With rain in the forecast and movers coming we wanted to move quickly. I I had to upload my driver's license photos a second time while at the station. Also the gas tank was not full.
