The location in Elmer for pick up did not know how to use the U-Haul system, which added a significant amount of time for the pick up. Upon picking up the trailer, it was full of dirt that I had to clean out. Additionally, I declined the protection when making the reservation, however when I got my bill they added the $30 charge without my approval or even asking me if I wanted to. Overall a very poor experience.

Stop changing the drop off location a times and keep to to what I put, I had to call and change the drop off 3 times once while I was picking it up. Was an overall headache and would definitely not be using U-Haul in the near future. Very stressful and not worth it.
SOPHIE PThe General Store in Elmer where we picked up the truck was outside of Altus, OK and internet connectivity was very spotty. It took us an hour to get the truck, and it was dirty on the inside of the cab. There were no other issues, except we were charged cleaning fees at the end. Spoke with U-Haul about the issues we ran into and they returned our cleaning fees and gave a discount on the overall bill. Greatly appreciated. Great customer service.
