I had to go 20 minutes out of my way to pick up Uhaul, and then was charged for going over miles.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPicked this location because they were supposed to be open. Got there and office was closed. Truck was there so I started doing most of reservation online but had trouble getting the key. HOWEVER, when I called Uhaul customer service, they were so very helpful. Every time I called customer service during this rental process, the Uhaul agents were so compassionate, understanding, and they do everything they can to get you on the road. I can't say enough good things about your customer service.

KENNETH DThe mobile app took an hour to check out the truck. The return took almost as long and I had to call customer service guy or assistance. Improving the Mobil app would be very helpful.
Leon WI have rented quite a few u- haul trucks over the years but this was my first contactless rental as the location was closed . The whole process was quite simple and took about 15 minutes . There were a few scratches that were not marked with an X sticker and I was able to upload pictures of the damage for my own protection . Upon returning the truck for whatever reason the app would not load beyond the "return my truck " screen , I tried quite a few times . I then went to the website and logged in and returned it through the site without issue . All in all I was very impressed with the contactless rental .
