Kristopher MThe person that does the U-Haul rentals was not available; had to do everything over the phone on his wife’s personal cell phone. Arranged for 12 furniture blankets and appliance dolly, not enough blankets and nothing was ready to go. They had to go searching for things. They complained the whole time about having to get things. Took 45 minutes for the whole process.
Marissa LEquipment was easy to find. This is a completely automated location, even though I requested counter service. I had trouble with the app at pick up. Once that was don, we had trouble with the lock box. we had the right code, but the lock wouldn't open. several people tried, even the clerk of the store that said repeatedly he knew nothing about U-haul. Took about an hour and a half until the owner showed up and got us in.
