The owner, Emilio, was very prepared and easy to deal with. He and his location were one of my better experiences involving U-Haul. Normally the website is down, the equipment isn't there or something. This location on the other hand was great.

The area was fantastic, people that run the place top notch. Zero complaints went above and beyond. The truck on the other hand, come on U-Haul 175k miles on a beat up truck, and it’s still good for a one way? Truck barely did the speed limit pulled to the left the entire time, horn didn’t work. This thing is old and needs to be out of service
