Everything went really smoothly except that the text link to check the equipment didn't come until I was already on the road so by the time I saw it, it had expired so I was unable to complete it. But ultimately it worked out fine, the truck was the perfect size, easy to drive and had pretty decent gas mileage for a big truck! I'm very happy to be moved, thank you uhaul!

Aaron CThe only issue I had was with the key return box. I returned my rental at 7:15pm (after the office was closed) so I used the key return box as directed. However, the top of the Ford key was wider than the key slot - I had to jam it through, probably made a mark on the top of they key, but I had no choice to force it through as the key was wider than the slot...
Kelly MThe motor to the windshield wipers was out and the wipers didnt work. It started raining and it made the driving situation very dangerous. Fortunately I only needed to drive a couple miles. The engine also stalled out and the drive wouldn't engage.....like the truck was in neutral even though the gear shift said it was in drive. I reported both these issues to the facility.
