Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing! Everything was maintained and staff was professional. No issues.
JOSEPH MBack of the truck was quite dirty. It was not cleaned out after the last use. I had to sweat it out before I could use it. It was bad enough that I took pictures of it. I showed them to the rep. It's not right to rent a truck on the weekend and not use it until a week day and get charged the weekend mileage rate.
Michael WQuit changing the pick-up location. Don’t recommend “Move Fresh” as an option for helping with your move! Terrible service!
Judy MWhen I picked up the truck.....it had no gas, told store attendant and he said he didn't know how to remedy the print out that said it was full.
