When we walked in to return the truck, the employee didn't acknowledge us. We waited for a while then we walked out and decided to do the online check out. They didn't make us feel welcomed. I do not plan on using this location again.

Only thing is I changed my mind and wanted to add the insurance after they processed but I had not taken the truck yet. They told me they couldn’t but to just call U-Haul. I did and they said they could not do it after I left the store.
LARA BOrdered moving blankets and a hand cart which were not provided. Otherwise, the equipment provided was fine.
VIRGILIO CNot a convenient location. No one was in the office, had to call the business to get someone to the front desk. Employee told me I would have to wait 20 minutes. Another employee arrived and attempted to assist me. He couldn’t. He attempted to charge me $40 more than my quoted reservation. I had to call UHaul and the representative had to coach the Green Storage through the transaction. The entire process took nearly an hour. Unacceptable.
