The staff at this site absolutely saved the day for me. My reservation was originally for another site, that claimed corporate forced them to convert to Phone Check In Only. Had nothing but trouble and eventually were turned away with the vague hope that we might get satisfaction across town. Aside from leaving 3hrs late for a 12hr day of driving, which was NOT the fault of THIS location, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, and nothing but praise for Chris's crew. All of whom were helpful, polite, efficient, thorough... everything you want from an equipment rental team. Special thanks to Paul for making sure that despite all the trouble and mix-up of the morning, I was out the door keys in hand within minutes of explaining my situation.

I made a reservation and was not given an option for pick up or time of pick up. I received the confirmation and tried to change it to a different time and for a more convenient for pick up location. They said they would cancel my reservation and make a new reservation at the desired location. The day before pick up I decided to check online for my reservation. I found out both locations had been canceled. I called the reservation line and found out they had changed the location for pick up again. I had no email or text notifying me of the change. I'm glad I called the day before. I showed up at the pick up location for a 10:00 am pick up and there was five customers in front of me. Only one worker. I didn't pull out until after 11:00 am. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I had to get gas right away. Then calculate how to bring it back at the same level. I think they should be full at pick up, then top it off when you return the truck. The truck it self worked fine. I'm glad I don't need to move often.

Went in without a reservation and was able to rent a Pickup with little wait time considering the current events. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and had me out and on my way in short order. On my return the young gentleman had me checked in and on my way in no time. He was courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with this location as always. I would highly recommend their service.

Confirm the mileage going out as well as when coming in. We were charged 21 extra miles. It was a learning experience for my son-in-law but one that didn't need to happen. We had the truck for literally 45 minutes to pick up a new bed. There is no way we used that many miles or even could have. It is being looked into and I'm sure they will be fair. They have always been wonderful and I will only use them. Employees are a 10 and their equipment is a 10.

Other than a not-at-all-unreasonable five minute wait for service, I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. I will add, that I usually rent from this location, and usually, they are swamped and it takes a long time to get waited on- an "unreasonable wait" if you will. The staff is always efficient and courteous, there just aren't enough of them. I will add that I had a hitch installed in this location and the installer didn't even wire the lights up to the plug! I found out when I went to rent a trailer and this led to another long wait (e.g. 2 hours) while one of your staff cobbled up an interim solution. It was eventually corrected, but I wasn't impressed.

I was quoted $19.95 per/day and 29 cents per mile at the time of reservation. When I checked out after hours I was charged $70 (not $19.95) and 59 cents per/mile. When I called to complain to U-Haul they had the local U-Haul franchise owner who scammed me reach out by phone. The owner/manager claimed I should have notice the “bait and switch” or contract change while I was checking out, but he failed to mention anything to me about the terms changing. Since he wouldn’t honor the terms of my original reservation I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company and make it publicly known about U-Haul’s unscrupulous business practices.
