Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave your online data be truthful. Right now it is garbage. As I had the same problem renting a large van. First 2 places said they had one available but when physically checking. None were there
DEAN MMy first reservation fox automotive was a failure…I stood in the lobby waiting & no one me came..I was told someone would right there l..That never happened so I rescheduled to another sugarloaf..so will never go to fox automotive again… Just to rent a uhaul truck.. I give my second reservation a 5 star..
FRANKIE LWill return later sign was up. Returned keys to lockbox.
Leilani RReserved truck days in advance- truck did not have a full tank of gas and also had NONE of the moving items I already purchased and paid for. I’ve tried contacting this location and support to no avail. Just tonight alone they have charged my card- $70 x2, $103, $50, and $25. They have yet to refund me for the missing items I paid for but did not receive, instead they are charging my card various amounts- no receipt provided. No communication, no email, nothing.
