Truck was empty. Truck leaked water all over all of my stuff. An enclosed trailer leaking water lol. Then they want to charge me $66 for fuel! LOL what a joke.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUpon arrival, my truck was located behind the locked gate of the storage unit business. I was unable to access the vehicle. Luckily while on the phone with uhaul, a customer entered the business and opened the gate. Between that and the mobile app glitching for self pickup/drop off it to me over an hour to get the truck.
Crystal HHours were not correct on website. No one was there
Jan MMike was great in helping me out. Highly recommended Mike and K & K.
Roy AEverything I asked for, dolly, furniture dolly, and moving blankets were not in the truck. Was pretty frustrating because that stuff would have been very useful. Would not recommend location for pick up.
