Good customer service. Did not have dolly. Should have window scraper for truck.
UBALDUS SCompared to other U-Haul rental places, all he did was asked for my ID and my card I used to reserve. NOTHING ELSE, I’ve had it where I took pictures for company on how I received it. Real sloppy sub station.
PATRICIA MIt was supposed to have a dolly and 12 furniture pads when we got there there was nothing. This is not a standard U-Haul facility and I would not recommend it. The guy could barely speak English. it was not even a U-Haul facility. It was a small market on the outskirts of town. Do not recommend!
Angie EDidn't understand why I was charge 20.00 dollars when the store was still open when I arrived. I'll be calling today to find out why?
