They ripped me off. I put gas back in the truck, more than what was in it when I got it. They charged me for fuel anyway. The truck was rented on the 8th and on the 28th they charged my card again unauthorized.

Robert ALimited interaction with staff was pleasant. Disappointment was more to do with how the turn-in was processed- or in this case- not processed. Arrived and needed to turn in truck four days and was instructed to use after hour check-in through the app which we did. We turned in the truck and after four follow-up interactions through the Uhaul app to see why it was still listed as Active- It finally got vlosed out Four days later.
Lori AThe vehicle was on empty and the location wasn’t open at 9a as advertised. Thankfully I wasn’t on a super tight timeline as I had to hit the gas station across the street before hitting the road. I was on the road at 9:20a after everything which impacted my timeline.
Brenda RMD appliances and furniture made the process much longer rather than at a regular uhaul location. They didn't ask me if I wanted coverage or confirm the miles or gas. just very unprofessional.
