The service was fast and quick
BAKKY PThis was an awful experience. The tank was less than 1/8 when I picked up, and yet I’m getting charged $30.00 because I’m not adding additional fuel to the tank that I didn’t use?? This is so messed up. I will never use UHaul again, I feel cheated and lied to. Uhaul is supposed to have an employee walk through I thought? Well there was zero communication and zero customer interface. The whole experience was shady.
Corynn MI reserved a Dolly to use for the heavier furniture, only to find out we didn't have a Dolly after we got to where we were moving from. After accepting our dreadful fate of heavy lifting, and later finishing our move. We returned the rental only to have them charge me $120 for a "missing" Dolly we never even got in the first place.
