Upon arriving, I was told my reservation was canceled. The agent supposedly made a new reservation, which ended up being a higher price than what I was quoted the day before when I made the initial reservation. I've never had to provide personal references, but I was told I had to provide two in order to rent the U-Haul as well as give him a reason why I was renting a one-way. Upon returning the vehicle I was charged for miles I was told was covered at the time I made the second reservation in Evergreen.

We reserved this trailer on Friday for a 4pm pickup. The manager called around 3:30 to say the trailer would not be available until 8pm, and the location did not open until 9am Saturday. This left us with no good option, so we were forced to stay overnight and wait until the next morning. I arrived at 9am Saturday as instructed, only to find the entire U-Haul dispatch system was down. We were not able to take delivery until 12:30pm, costing us several more hours. A reservation is supposed to guarantee availability. In this case the trailer was not actually available at the time we booked, and the delay was never resolved until well into the next day. The overnight stay and the lost half-day were a significant and avoidable inconvenience.

RANDALL DI had downloaded app so could drop off truck early and check it in so wouldn't have to pay to have check in due to this drop off area closes at 12:00 but it was great the person was on property due to poor internet service in the area so he could check us in .
