Did not want to give me the U-Haul. I had to wait 30 min. He wanted me to keep calling U-Haul and said someone needed to call him to confirm that I could take the van even though I reserved it ahead of time and did the check in process. Would rather drive further away for smoother process.

Rodger BI have still not received my deposit back, and when I called the store I was hung up on when I asked when and how much I should be receiving, as well as when I got the U-Haul it was below half a tank and I was advised if I don’t fill the tank back I will be charged more so now I’m out $120 extra dollars when the total should’ve been $29. I’m very dissatisfied with the service last night and would like to speak with a U-Haul representative about being reimbursed for the money I shouldn’t have had to pay.
Blake EIt took forever (30 minutes plus) to get the vehicle. Had to wait while store customers were handled. Multiple interruptions delayed the process. Was given key to wrong vehicle. The poor clerk had to much to juggle.
