The location was fine, my issue was with UHaul customer support.

Great experience!! Truck was very clean. They were extremely helpful and professional. This is my new rental location. This was a personal rental but I will recommend this location to my real estate clients.

Johnny LI rented a one way trip with a car hauler trailer. I had the trailer for 3 days. The return facility does not open til noon so that was a problem for me. My rental was pick up on Tuesday, return Friday. I returned the trailer Thursday. A man there was helpful in helping unhook the trailer and told me it would be scanned in and I would get a receipt text to me. I left without taking any pictures of the return, I trusted the man. As of Friday morning I still had no confirmation of return. I called U haul and a young lady verified the trailer had not been checked in yet. I began to worry that my trailer had been stolen and I had no proof that I returned it. I road back over to the drop off location and the trailer was there. I took pictures and waited. About 2pm I called the facility and asked them to receive the trailer in before I got charged for another day. Within the hour I had confirmation that I returned the trailer. No big deal but allot of extra worrying on my side that should not have happened.
