Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ran in the truck. They said it was a half full when it was just a quarter full. I called immediately. No one answered so it went to voicemail. Let them know that it was a quarter of a tank and not a half a tank. Brought it back a third of a tank more than it had in originally only travel total of 15 miles. They charge me an extra $23 to bring it back up to a half a tank and say there was nothing I could do about it. The vehicle had no license plates on it to identify it. I just feel scammed. Will never go back to that U-Haul place again Meineke. in Fairfield poor customer service very poor customer service. I hope that $23 you scammed out of me saves a couple of jobs.
Anthony GThe website kept giving me problems at the pickup. I'm glad we had a human there because I wouldn't have been able to pick the truck up
Heidi LBetter customer service. Have representatives that are willing to provide service to customers. Make sure the rentals are cleaned for renters and not smelling like cigarette smoke or full of ants in the front and back.
