Michael at this location has the best customer service skills and he handles his job with pride. He wanted to see us happy. For some reason, the mileage on the truck was backwards and it had less miles on it than what was originally in the system. So an error on Uhaul's part but he quickly jumped into action and got everything taken care of. I appreciate Michael and his attitude. I still won't use Uhaul again, but it definitely isn't because of Michael. It is because of the horrible manager in Vestavia Hills, AL on Montgomery Ave.

CURTIS RThe computer was extremely slow which caused a delay with customers which they had been having issues for several days’ which was totally not their fault, I would highly recommend them!!!!
