We turned the truck in early, expecting a refund of the time we didn’t have the truck. Our bill showed that was not the case, not very impressed with that part of renting a u-haul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no one on site. I tried calling them & left a message. Never got a call back. Called the u-haul customer service number for help. She was very helpful.
ERIC RNeed better examples on where to find keys and what is required for pickup and return prior to pickup so one can be prepared.
sherri sI could not get cell phone service for the online pick up. I called U-Haul on my boyfriend’s phone because he could get service but we couldn’t do the pick up on his phone because it is a flip phone, to explain what was happening and the representative couldn’t understand that I was at a storage unit facility that didn’t have an office so no one was on site. And that the reason why I couldn’t get service was because I was surrounded by corn fields in the country not close to an actual city. Since the representative could not help me I started walking around the storage unit facility trying to get a signal. It took me 45 minutes to get to the part of the site that gave me the code to get the key.
