Reservation was made way ahead of time and never got a call but pickup was moved and when I arrived at new location equipment was not available. Moved reservation again and had to drive 20 miles to get truck. Wasted alot of my time and cost me additional money because of my hired hands to help me was sitting around waiting for a few hours

Improve your U-Haul app. The truck did not ride smooth and was dirty when I picked it up. Your app is was down and it took me three tries to finally get customer service on the phone, when I finally got talk to someone they where helpful
Randal MThe first truck, the transmission was messed up, but I appreciate that the manger was so understanding and quickly got us a new vehicle and did charge us extra. Everything worked out great.
