No problem with telephone support. Horrible experience with the automated pickup application. Instructions on the app required a Master's Degree in technology to pick up one key. Spent an entire hour plugging in personal information, head shot photos, photos of the inside and outside of the rental truck, speedometer, and repeats of photos were asked, on the app. The entire app experience was horrible, all this to obtain a key, a photo of the key was also required. There was no LIVE HUMAN ON SITE to assist! Never, ever renting, nor recommend UHaul to anyone!

Rental vehicle was still in return state - items in the back (dolly and hand truck) that I had not rented The fuel level was at 1/2 although my agreement showed 5/8. returned with 1/2 but got a charge for 6 gal. at the elevated rate. Not a good experience.
Joel SReservation was made way ahead of time and never got a call but pickup was moved and when I arrived at new location equipment was not available. Moved reservation again and had to drive 20 miles to get truck. Wasted alot of my time and cost me additional money because of my hired hands to help me was sitting around waiting for a few hours
Marvin BImprove your U-Haul app. The truck did not ride smooth and was dirty when I picked it up. Your app is was down and it took me three tries to finally get customer service on the phone, when I finally got talk to someone they where helpful
Randal MThe first truck, the transmission was messed up, but I appreciate that the manger was so understanding and quickly got us a new vehicle and did charge us extra. Everything worked out great.
