Remove the 3rd party app requirements. You shouldn't need a background check and a picture of the drivers face to theb sell the users data at a later date. Also, the whole process was not seamless and if I didnt download the app I wouldn't be able to check out the vehicle. DUE to these concerns I won't be using uhaul in the future

Robert WThe pickup location was convenient but parking was a bit tight. This location is a gas station with mechanic bays and most parking spaces were taken by repair shop vehicles. The box truck needed to be reversed out of a tight spot and then returned to an even tighter spot. Otherwise, the personnel were helpful and friendly and the location was centrally located. The vehicle was very well maintained and extremely clean.

Syed SIt was not obvious how to access the rental at this location (i.e., must call Uhaul 24-hour service for assistance to get code for key from lockbox, etc.). The truck was pretty dirty on the inside and the A/C had a strong odor.
