kyle mTruck originally rented unavailable. Found out one hour before pick up. No options given. Rented a smaller truck from a different U-Haul location, only had half a tank of gas in it. Was emailed that I was going to be charged 55,000 as the U-Haul was not returned. When actually it was returned early to the new location that U-Haul gave us. My card was charged twice and not even an apology regarding the unavailability of the original truck I had rented.
Charlotte LKeep your word on reservations, decide what free means so that customers clearly understand you have whispered sweet nothings in their ears as you have your way with them, and update your trucks to this century.
graham sWe had returned the husk truck earlier than expected. It was after hours so keys were placed in drop box. 2 days later received a call asking when we would be returning it. Frustrating experience as the vehicle had been there and returned to the same parking spot we picked it up from.
