U haul redirected my reservation from Hutchinson to Fairibault at the last moment. This was a Sunday pickup and the facility was closed. I completed the web application, hooked up, and left. Thankfully I could access the lot, hook up and head to Hutchinson. Brenda called several hours later to see if I still needed the reservation... seriously?
