They had my credit card and over charged me. I could do nothing about the charges. I didn't get a chance to correct what they claimed was wrong. I was not informed of the charges on my card before they were assessed. U-haul had me over a barrel because they could and did charge me whatever they wanted!!! Don't use them for rental vehicles if you care about honesty and integrity. Go someplace else... anyplace else.
Betti MThe lady at My Mechanix was phenomenal. Uhaul changed my pickup location twice and wanted me to make a 30 mile trip to pick up a truck. My Mechanix assured me the truck I needed at the time I wanted would be there. Not very happy with Uhaul corporate but this lady saved the day and relieved alot of stress!
Chris BNot the locations fault at all but the last two trailers I have rented have let me down. 1st tire blew and had to wait for help and this last time when I went to close the roll up door it wouldn't close and had to wait for someone do a quick fix from one of your mobile repair techs. Door still jammed. No fault of the repair tech. Equipment is just wore out. I advised the uhaul location of the issue on return and they said they will have it repaired. Again location is spot and great folks. 👍
CHRIS KLocation was amazing. The in office people are 10 out of 10. The online/app process is garbage and doing the in office people a massive disservice with the, essentially, lies they sell. Truck and supplies I purchased online were unavailable. The location I selected had to be changed. Instead of going to a location in town I wasn't notified I needed to travel TWENTY miles to another location who ALSO didn't have what I'd reserved. Why would a business allow people to reserve things they have no idea will be available or not. My move was one mile from my old house. I had to drive 20 miles to be pick up a truck then 20 miles back to move 1 mile away. Then an additional 20 miles to return. Then the app malfunctioned and I did the return process 3 times before the app said it accepted. THEN I got notified it didn't complete and my order was open. Crap show from top to bottom, excluding the lovely ladies in the offices of both locations. Next time I'll go in person since the app/site is basically fraudulent.
