Angela H.Difficult process….Although the facility allows you to return vehicles early or outside their business hours there is no place to park and the key drop box is inaccessible.
HedekiYah Y.Stop changing the location of a person's pick up for your services. The guys was nice that assisted me, but I had to pick up truck froma further location and the truck was not clean inside the front or back. Garbage was all over it and women personal toiletries were on the floor I the back of truck. This leads me to believe that they don't inspect/ nor clean the trucks before providing it to the next customers
Sabrina W.This site required call in service VS someone on-site. The gentleman that assisted me was great but he had to call his U-Haul representative over and over before finally getting someone to answer. Even though I had a reservation it took 30minutes for him and I to finalize the transaction so I could leave with the truck. The check engine light was on in the vehicle. The truck performed fine but I could see some people being worried about this.
