She was VERY professional, kind, efficient, and just an overall pleasure to work with. I had some personal obstacles that Kelli helped me to deal with. I would definitely rent from her again. Her ability to multitask & not lose focus is TOP TIER! She was extremely helpful with my rental needs today. Customer service like this needs to be recognized & mimicked everywhere.

Everything was Amazing
Profail G.The truck was dirty from the start trash and different stuff all over the cab of the truck. Found other trash and even a bullet in the box of the truck. Worst of all the air conditioning didn't work at all. Made for a very long hot day. Very disappointed in uhaul.
