The problem for me was the ap provided that asked me to take pictures of all the sides of the truck and the odometer...I was able to take 2 of the pics but then the app wouldn't take anymore. I then went back to the desk and was told to just use my camera. I am 78 year old female and the process was not easy. The dealer who is a gas station attendant was nice but clearly did not understand how to help me.

The man said that the truck had gas in it. When I got in to drive it didn't have any gas. He never changed the gas level in the contract. When I bought it back he said it was dirty when I personally cleaned it. He found every reason to keep my deposit so I only got 16.00 back out of 160.00 DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION 320TH MILITARY RD
Amber BVehicle floor had dried mud on the floor upon arrival which I photographed and noted. This is of course no big deal until after moving a couch, sweeping the cargo area, and returning the vehicle I was charged an additional cleaning fee of $27.71 without an explanation. Penske is a far better choice and U-Haul is only a consideration if something is needed last minute. There are far cheaper companies with better customer service to rent from.
Jake SI want to say that your booking agent Kenzie in Auburn is exceptional. We had to change dates and had numerous questions to be answered. We were extremely grateful for her pleasant demeanor and her competence in solving issues. You are lucky to have her.
Joanne CThe guy at the counter was very helpful when the app wouldn't work right. Got me all checked in and on my way. The U-Haul app is challenging at best for self check out. I had to restart it multiple times for it to be usable.
