Drop off location sucked. No one there to check in, no way to secure the truck, hard to park the truck

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis pick up location was not clean and inviting. It was in the same parking lot with homeless encampment and "massage parlor". Was difficult to find where to get the key as any signage was obscure and pointed in the wrong direction, the METH addict had to point us to the location. I didn't feel safe. This was not the location I chose to pick up the truck. UHaul changed it to this location. The truck was VERY clean and ran great, except it had tail lights that didn't work.
Marit BGreat experience but whoever checked in the returned equipment claimed that I returned the truck with less gas than what was reported when I picked up. That is not the case here - if anything, I gave more gas. Please fix and I'll give 5 stars. Thanks
DILLAN MThe door seemed to not close properly or seal all the way.if I had not bought insurance to cover I would be concerned about being blamed for something I didn't do. They should do a better job at checking out vehicles before they rent the.
JOHN GThe folks were great, location underwhelming
