The equipment was behind the location, with no instructions to get the key after hours. After using the app it said to go inside the store to retrieve the keys, even though the store was locked after hours. I had to call U-haul to get the combo for the lock on the truck's roll-up door, but the keys weren't even in there... they were in the locked "return" box on the front of the store, so I had to wait an hour for the store to open to get the keys.

Clyde MThe dealer was very pleasant
JAMES CThe unit was dirty when we rented it (I submitted pictures and noted it upon rental) and it returned it in the exact same condition as I picked it up and was charged a cleaning fee. I think that was completely inappropriate. The app did not work when I returned it. There was no one on site to talk to. I called the store later and I was told to call Uhaul. I was left on hold for 45 minutes. Eventually I was asked if I wanted a call back. I never received one. I called the store the next day and no one answered. I left a message that the truck was returned prior to my return time and no one called me back.
Lisa BMalina provided exceptional customer service.
