Great Customer Service from start to finish . From Customer calling me set up location to pickup and because I had to go 30 mins farther way to pickup truck I was given an extra day and 25 more miles. Worked out great. Drop off location crew was amazing and fast at check in. Truck was clean and ran great.

NASIR AThe van we rented was filthy. In the passenger area, there was mud all over the floors and the. Dashboard was covered in dust. The running boards were caked with mud. The exterior of the van was filthy. The cargo area of the van was filthy. The only reason we accepted this van was because we knew everything we were moving was in a sealed box. I have never rented a U-Haul this gross. It was seriously disgusting.
