The truck was exactly what we needed. It wasn’t in the best shape but I didn’t care about that other than the cup holder was broken so didn’t have anywhere to put my coffee. ;-). I was told up front that it was an older truck and had been “retired” from going OTR so I knew exactly what I was getting. The size was perfect. It minimized the number of trips we needed to make and we had All In Us movers load the big stuff which all fit in one load. It was awesome! Thank you. We will come to you for all our trailer/truck rental needs.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur experience was terrible. We reserved a 26' truck to pick up in Fargo, ND. Uhaul cancelled our reservation and informed us that a representative would call by 5pm the next day. They didn't call until 8pm the night before pickup. We were informed the closest pickup spot was in Fergus Falls,MN which was 60 miles past our destination. We were told the facility was open from 8am to noon. Ww called to make sure someone would be there and spoke to the representative of the location and was told he would be there. We received a phone call 5 minutes before arriving in which time he informed us he was not there and that all he had was a 20' truck and asked if we still wanted it. My daughter had to be out of her apartment that weekend. We lost 6' of space forcing us to leave behind about $1,000 or more worth of furniture because it would not fit. I would not recommend Uhaul nor do I think I will ever use them again.
