Quarter tank of gas when picked up was a disappointment. Also we had chosen this pick-up location but then it was changed to the North Avenue location so was not happy to learn that. Then was texted that we were upgraded to a 20 foot which we did not want. Then was texted again that the pick up was changed back to original. Hard to make plans and time everything out with all the changes. Not a good experience. Have used U Haul a lot and have had good experiences in general but this experience was the exception. I suspect it has nothing to do with the shop we picked the truck up from but other factors.
