I was delighted that I could pick up the rental on a Sunday morning (off hours). I was very happy with being able to contact someone to help me with getting the truck door re-latched at 8am in the morning. The service rep was helpful and offered me advice and options. I was disappointed that the advertised vehicle that I reserved on line was actually not available. But was happy that U-Haul contacted me to let me know that it was not available and gave me options to pickup a different vehicle at a different location. I was not happy that the furniture pads that I requested to rent were not in the truck. I was also double billed but was able to contact U-Haul and they reimbursed me. That phone call was very easy. So overall, I received the help and attentions that I needed.
Teresa KThe service was good - it was unusual to see a U-Haul in a flooring store. I left something small in the truck and had to go back (30-minute trip) to get it; the man wouldn't just put it in an envelope and mail it to me.
ANASTASIA SWhen I got there on Saturday Jan 17th I had to go online since office was closed . Customer Service walked me thru it on how to get keys for truck. But no hand truck or furniture pads were inside truck but got charged for both items . Called to let them know. Would like to be reimbursed for these items
